West Nottingham Township is seeking Statements of Interest to be considered in engaging a highly qualified design engineer firm for the design of the Route 272 Intersection Improvement Project which includes roadway improvements and signal upgrades at the intersection of Christine Road (SR 0272) and Baltimore Pike (SR 3026). Qualifications should include professional background and experience in PennDOT design projects that entail designing structural roadway improvements, traffic signal design, managing and inspection, and related work as described in Section IV (Scoping) of the Request for Statements of Interest. The project is primarily funded by PennDOT Multi-modal Transportation grant project ID 2021-06-15-073.
Each consultant must attend the mandatory pre-submission meeting to be held on July 27 at 10:00 a.m. at the West Nottingham Township municipal building, 100 Park Road, Nottingham, PA 19362. A summary of the project will be given, followed by a visit to the site, which is mandatory for each consultant who wishes to submit a Statement of Interest.
Proposers must provide four (4) bound paper copies of their Statements of Interest along with a flash drive or similar electronic format of the information in PDF format no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2022.
